I required Qdos on New years eve as I had a flat tyre on my van and we were about to head off to Wales to celebrate the new year. I was so pleased with the amazing service I received. Firstly, when I called I spoke to someone almost instantly and she was a lovely girl, very friendly, reassuring and helpful. After trawling through reviews of many Recovery Companies, I decided to give QDOS a try, as they were a 5th of the price of my previous provider. 2 months down the line I needed to make my 1st claim. I had a flat tyre at home, in the morning. I phoned QDOS. “Autobahn breakdown on Christmas eve - Kudos QDOS!”

My motorcycle broke down on Christmas eve, on the Autobahn, at over a 100mph, on a very cold and a very wet day. I rang QDOS and Alex and Gary (who I dealt with) were both extremely patient, considerate and helpful throughout the process. They did everything they could to have me recovered as quickly as possible and even helped me secure a hire car on Christmas eve! “Good old fashioned service”

There is nothing I like more than a company that knows how to look after their customers, have call centres in the UK and bend over backwards to be helpful. I recently found these guys on google, hadn't heard of them before but the price was less than half that of my policy with the AA so I thought I would call them as it seemed too good to be true. Having had breakdown cover quotes from the "big three" (AA, Greenflag and RAC), I stumbled across QDOS Rescue Services whilst searching on Google. At first I was a little skeptical as the price seemed very low and from bitter experience, I have learnt that cutting corners isn't always the best way...especially with something as important as breakdown cover, and European breakdown cover at that!
