I broke down off the A38 on 30th April 2015. Britannia responded to my call promptly and secured breakdown recovery which was relayed by two seperate firms, to Newcastle.
Throughout, Britannia maintained good contact with me, let me know where things were up to and were polite and friendly at all times.
Great service. Thank you.
