Broke down in a remote part of Scotland in October while my autistic daughter was with me in our car. Waited 3 HOURS for a recovery agent to recover us. They couldn't care less. I complained to the CEO of RBS Insurance who wrote to me offering me £50 compensation. It didn't arrive. They then increased that offer in writing to £75 which didn't arrive! It is now currently standing at an offer of £100 which was offered 3 weeks ago but as yet, I am still waiting for this sum to materialise. Even though I've had three letters from the Chief Executive's Office they can't even honour a written offer. Even their CEO can't deliver on promises. Complaint submitted to Financial Services Ombudsman.
