“Drive shaft broke in France”

Green flag helped us every step of the way when our car's drive shaft broke whilst in France. From our very first phonecall, actually on the day the policy would run out, Greenflag were great.
they sorted out a local taxi to take us to a hire car company, 2 hire cars, changed the ferry booking, let us keep the car for an extra 2 days on our return and kept us informed of the progress of the repatriation of our car... it has been 2 weeks since our return and we have felt no reason to worry.... peace of mind that in another week our car will be in the UK again, waiting to be fixed. Deffinately would recommend this company.
The policy is well explained and easy to read and the call centres are manned by English speaking people.

can i ask where abouts in france you actually broke down, and did they actually bring you 2 english cars across as your not aloud to bring french hire cars back to England. Also have you checked on your repatriation as weve been waiting 3 1/2 weeks already and have just been told it maybe another 3 weeks
