Phoned GEM who answered quickly and were friendly and efficient. They took down my details and arranged a local garage to send out a mechanic within 30 minutes. My problem was diagnosed quickly, which was a seized brake pad, and was repaired sufficiently for me to drive to a recommended local garage for new brake pads to be fitted. Everyone involved were helpful.
