Visit www.motoringassist.comThis was my first experience of calling GEM for assistance - to be fair, my call was answered by a guy who was very clearly following a question sheet, but also incredibly slow (and dim) in responding to my answers. I left the call not knowing what was going on. After the indicated time to wait, still nothing had happened and I called again... I shall be leaving GEM next month when I'm due to renew and return to the AA. My concern is with the GEM staff, not Victoria Recovery who came out.
