Really impressed with the fast response and the caring, calm attitude of the people I spoke to. I had broken down on a really busy road in rush hour traffic, which was quite stressful. The staff member I spoke to was really lovely and got all the information she needed in a calm friendly way. The breakdown recovery vehicle turned up really quickly even at that time of day and my car and I were taken to a garage of my choice. Great service!
