Had cause to call GEM Motoring Assist for the first time when a car we use very occasionally wouldn't start. Call handling was superb and we were told who would be assisting and when we could expect them to arrive. Within the appointed time (50 minutes) the engineer was on site. He started the car and told us the cause of the fault (a maintenance charger which appeared to be working but wasn't). The car was running and a replacement charger was purchased later in the day which has solved the problem. A minor incident but excellent service.
