Called GEM when my car would not start. Even when I explained that it was not an emergency and actually anytime over the next 24 hours would be fine, the GEM 'man' arrived within 20 minutes.
He correctly diagnosed the problem as being with the starter motor and put me touch with a nearby garage who picked the car up the following day and repaired it.
A first class service and it is easy to see why you come out top in the Auto Express survey year on year.
