Friendly helpful staff at call center - phoned me back to check if repair had been completed. Friendly mechanic arrived earlier than expected hand had me back on the road in a couple of minutes. All in all I was delighted with the service.

Praise where praise is due. Good service is so hard to find these days and should be treasured when it is found. GEM should gain market share because of personal recommendations and I wish you well.
