Overall very impressed,i. Was kept informed of what was happening and the recovery vehicles arrived in good time .
I was pleased to be offered a courtesy car for the homeward journey as we had an injured dog who needed to travel with us.Your agent was very helpful in sorting out a suitable car.
The only slight negative was the fact my car took over four days to arrive home and I had my local mechanic on standby but I understand that traffic and other factors can affect any logistics.
It's the First time I have had to call on your services and I was very happy and would recommend GEM to anyone looking for breakdown cover.
