The help from the GEM telephone staff was excellent. They kept contacting the recovery company for updates. However, an almost 3 hour wait is not acceptable. The recovery operator travelled for around 100 miles to get to me, and he was the closest. It seems there's only one recovery operator who can handle motorcycles.
