Automatic car, wheels turned into and jammed against the curb, I could not turn key in ignition to release steering lock. Once the man arrived it took only a few minutes to release the car so I could get to work. Advised to get local garage to check out to make sure there was not an undiagnosed problem - there wasn't.

Great service if a bit of a long wait.
