FIRST CALL GB LTD - On new years eve '11/12' tyre was punctured near Brighouse Yorkshire. I am from Oldham roughly 25 miles away. First call was contacted puncture was fixed after around an hour and half. During my wait another problem arose of a flat battery. This gave the call out man from the subcontracted Yorkshire Rescue chance to blackmail and lie to me about my car. He claimed there was no fuel in the car when there was. (With a flat battery petrol gauge will obviously read empty). This deemed me unsuitable for their cover. Left me on hard shoulder with no working hazards. Police moved me as i was deemed dangerous. Unfortunately had to call back and pay the man a painful £120 for a jumpstart after he forced me to put petrol in. Left me skint. Ruined my 'nye' and reputation as a musician by not arriving at destination. The man also had the cheek to call the police on me!! The other option was £280 tow home. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM A SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID!!! THIS IS A NO STAR REVIEW!!!
