Have been with them for 3 years and had to claim for first tonight. Called claims number and my call was disconnected by the advisor after I had waited 6 minutes on hold. Called again and spoke to an overflow advisor after 14 minutes on hold and what a waste of time this was. She took some details and advised that I should receive a call back but didn't know when and couldn't provide any timescales as they were busy. Absolute waste of time ad money. Save your money and don't join.
