This company is a joke. They left my 83 year old mother stuck in the snow in the middle of January and demanded £100 payment on card before they would attend because the car had broke down the previous day . I was told this would be refunded but they now advise this is not possible and is in the small print . REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . GO TO THE AA IT WILL BE CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUN.
