response delayed due to heavy demand for service but very helpful and polite and positive response when arrived
Disappointing to receive a critical letter from the company stressing that I must obtain and have available proof of repair if I was to call the service again.
This implies the breakdown was planned ! And that I would take risks which would result in another call out.!!! This felt critical and mistrustful - I suggest review your office practices and your template letters - they don't promote good relationships with your customers
