Car wouldn't start. Plenty of fuel; good battery. Car only 3 years old.
I made ONE phone call, amd within an hour (I had told them it was not urgent because we have two cars), a man arrives, started the car and, more importantly, explained why it wouldn't start and told me what to do if it happened again. Just brilliant from top to bottom. Only oprobel I currently have is that I simply cannot get the INTERNATIONAL part to deal with my request for European cover for my hols! No doubt I shall be able to sort it.

I would have thought they only let you sort it if you paid an inflated price for the product as this is the way they seem to work... Bad company beware
