I have been using AutoAid for 3 years now. I had to call them three times during this period and they quickly sorted me out at every time. No hassle, no too many questions...
Also the spouse cover comes free which is great. However, onetime when my spouse called them they needed me on the line to confirm the details which is not great. Later on I called to their customer team and been advised spouse is also covered even I am not at the scene.
