Never use the AA. I purchased the AA because my Greenflag cover (from Natwest) did not cover me for long distances.They automatically renew your subscriptions. Each time I thought, ah ok its good to have that piece of mind.
However they have never NEVER Helped me. On one occasion my husband broke down in devon, they took 4 HOURS to come out. GreenFlag always within the our!
On another occasion I asked them to tow my car to a garage and they refused because I was at HOME. WHAT LAME EXCUSE IS THAT. GREENFLAG DID IT.
OK OK, FAIR ENOUGH, SO I CALL Again to ask them to tow home because garage cannot fix, they said WE ARE A RECOVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So they only repair, and wont help me bring my car back!!!!!!
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE DONT USE THEM EVER. GO WITH GREENFLAG
