I phoned the AA for recovery at 4.00pm in the afternoon, all sounded ok until an hour a half had passed and a local garage man turned up, not an AA person I should add, he couldn't fix the problem and promptly left, I was then told I would have to wait until 9.00pm that night. Wait by the roadside !! I vented my anger with them on the phone and eventually at 7.30pm another non AA van turned up and relayed me home. The AA is dysfunctional and badly organised. Oh and this is the second time I've had this sort of experience with the AA.
