Absolute jokers! If it isn't enough breaking down,to then have to deal with these absolute lying jokers is even worse!!!!! Been with them for 17 years and I have a break down on motorway, they send a 3rd party to take us to services who goes flying past us and has to reverse farther down the motorway than he came forwards to get to us!!! Then a patrol man is on his way 3 hours and numerous phone calls later to tell me he's at the services where we are waiting which would have been great if we were on the north bound side. He then arrives to tell me the turbo has blown and would need to relay but you're not a member of relay so would need to pay £135 extra with the fees!! ( nothing better than the first thoughts being money ) so pay ! Relay then tells me he's at the services again north bound which does make me chuckle as I've only been standing for nearly 4 hours they then finally get me to chosen destination at 7:50 on the evening with all garages then closed so couldn't find anyone to repair!!!! So then I need to get relayed home and pay £339 for this service which I book at 8 o'clock on Sunday morning for a relay between 5 and 6 on evening and still they can't turn up on time 6:55 they arrive! You had 10 drivers around Taunton Bristol starting at 4pm on said day and never gave anyone of them the job!!!!! I arrived home at 10:30 that evening and felt like I'd been given Chinese water treatment scripted bull is received for 2 days would I recommend the aa absolutely not! My advice is keep your money in your bank as it costs the same for service anyway they say it a reduced rate again it's absolute rubbish!!!!! Left arm being the control centre has not got a clue they are complete and utter imbeciles. Drivers turn up to disgruntled customers because of afore mentioned imbeciles!!! If the breakdown didn't ruin my weekend enough the aa totally and utterly destroyed it. And this is a very shortened version of events so stay well away from these people it's just a corporate business with no customer care who are out to try and legally mug you.......
