Last week we put the wrong fuel in our car, we called the AA who said someone would be with us within an hour, when the AA arrived they said it wasn't safe to tow the car so would send a tow truck. My husband waited 4 and a half hours for this! A technician from fuel assist arrived at our house but the car was still at the petrol station 30 minutes away, in the meantime my husband had been picked up and was on his way home with the car whilst the man from fuel assist was going to the petrol station! What a total lack of communication. We will find a more dependable breakdown cover elsewhere, extremely disappointed with the AA.
