Put me on the spot when it was cold, raining and on the m3 so they got away with charging me £125 to be towed back 30 miles, told me someone would be out in 10 mins and it took over 2 hours. Long wait time on the phone and simply unreliable.

I don't know why I didn't read the reviews before buying in for their services.

did you have breakdown cover prior to the breakdown or join up whilst broken down?
