The man who took the original call was very rude to myself and my partner. We asked to be recovered but had a van turn up to try to fix the problem instead despite it being freezing, late at night and our two year old being in the car. The man who turned up to fix it was very rude. Because our cover is through a bank account I pay monthly for I had to be present when he arrived and be in the car when it broke down. He kept questioning me on why we had two cars. I told him someone had brought us the extra one so we could keep our baby warm and get home. He didn't seem to believe me but very rudely told me to go home. Until he found out I can't even drive and then looked like he felt stupid. Would rather pay for another service from now on than use the one through the bank account.
