radiator blew all of a sudden aa came out said nip in the garage you have parts cover should be sorted for you ..i thought great thats what i pay for .. till i speak to them yes i have to pay £35 excess but wait i have to pay for the car inspection report as well and then i have this manager on the phone demanding i pay for the radiator to be removed at my expense ( basically 55% of the job i m trying to get them to pay for ) so they can come an inspect to decide if its covered .. now 5 days no car no answer and a demand pay to take the radiator out and storage till they get a another engineer to confirm OR DENY the claim .. what am i made of money ??? there question is was it accidental a stone etc NOT COVERED was it corrosion (every car has that from the second its made ) NOT COVERED or was it just a fracture COVERED .. i might as well have just paid for it and be driving 1 day later ..WHAT A RIP OFF normal insurance company trying to get out of paying and still on going at minimum 4 more days before i can drive my car ..
