I have been with them for about 3 years,only once I needed their help,I had to wait for about 3 hours to be rescued,

I am not going into the details if they are any good with their jobs,just something made me get really pi$$ed off with them,

every renewal time,their price is going up whereas on their website it is cheaper for new members,it makes me to ask,why is that? why we already members are not receive any discount?

so I decided to cancel it for this year,I have phoned them up,ask them to cancel my policy,good god!!!! for a moment i thought it was the worst thing I have ever done,the guy other side of the phone,he kept asking me dozens of questions,the price of renewal was £109,it has come down to £65 with same term,when I said I have not got vehicle any more,he said he will do £29 for any car I might be a passenger in it,

finally he understood I was getting annoyed with his conversation,he came to the point to confirm,terms was now cancelled,I bless anyone who may want to cancel their policy over the phone,

I am now with some other company,lets see how they are going to do,good days.......
