Poor Service

I, like most people, bought breakdown cover "just in case",so this year purchased on price, having not had to use such a service for about ten years. Earlier this year I had to call this firm, "2Gether", as I thought I had a starter motor problem, turned out to be a flat battery. As winter is approaching,I ordered a replacement battery, which on arrival did not fit, so replaced the old one.
Today, trying to drive to my garage for MOT, old battery flat.... telephoned this outfit to have my car "jumped", explaining ALL above.... Oh no, I'm not covered, unless I cough up another £90 or so.... apparently I might have broken my whole car by trying to change the battery!!!! I must add that I was assured (?) that this fee would be refunded IF I'd not broken my car, but to me still a rip off.
Sorry to say, but your safer paying a bit more, for a reputable household name for breakdown cover, I really cannot recommend their service at all.... very dissappointed.
