I needed to use the service for the first time yesterday after my car overheated whilst in a jam on the motorway
I managed to exit and drive to a super store, thinking this would provide an easy location and breakdown access
I phoned the breakdown number on 3 occasions. Each time I listened to a recorded message about other services which told me an operator would be with me shortly.
The line then went dead each time.
I chose to leave my car 35 miles from home, in a supermarket car park and use 2 taxis and a train costing £30
To say I am angry and unimpressed is an understatement. I have to try to recover my car today with the help of a friend. More wasted time
My daughter is a student who commutes to uni each day. She is also on this policy and I now have to find a different supplier.
