Although I had to wait two and a half hours for the repair truck to attend my home start breakdown, the problem was swiftly diagnosed and rectified. It was a very busy breakdown day and very cold weather. Would I have been so happy waiting that length of time for a roadside breakdown? Probably not, but for the price I paid this is a budget service and you have to lower expectations a little.
