Like another reviewer I foolishly assumed that "recovery" means the same for 2gether as it does for every other breakdown and recovery service. It doesn't . In fact it means they will ONLY take you to the nearest garage and even then only if it is within 14 miles. This might be ok if the policy wording was not so deliberately misleading in the way it uses the word "recovery" and the situations it does so to imply,but not quite state, that they will take you home.
Add in the fact that for the same price you can get a genuine recovery service from other companies.
I raised the misleading nature of the policy wording with 2gether and guess what - they don't want to know. I guess there are plenty of mugs like me out there and they don't care if we only use them once.
