this is the second worcester bosch boiler I have had installed in my properties and i will never touch them again. The product is shoddily constructed, major parts fail in short time and Worcester Bosch will charge ridiculous amounts for replacement parts and repairs.... Go with Baxi or Ideal if you know what's good for you
