Mine was installed by certified professionals 2 years ago, I think we had to call a repairman around 10 times in the last 24 months and most of its parts had to be replaced.

What parts and why?

Some cheap heating additives used to eat all the seals, i was a boiler warrantee agent for anther company it was know in certain circles that if a system was filled with a certain heating additive, you could guarantee most of the joints would be leaking when attend.
