18 months into 5 year warranty boiler failed!
Arranged for engineer to attend, waited in all afternoon on arrival he called and asked where he could park. I had already explained to the call centre it is meter parking around me.
He said i needed to arrange permit. There is no such service in my area. So guess what he just left. So no heating or hot water and the engineer just drives off. I
It is strange other tradesmen don't have trouble parking, including the boiler installer,but they are getting paid i guess!
When i called Valliant they couldn't care less
So much for extended warranty, i will have to pay for an engineer to attend.
This is not a fine company!
