my boiler was installed just before last xmas first f22 came up and had to get enginer out to sort he fitted a switch then about 2 wekks later the pressure was very low so had to fill the system up on the boiler the installer said i had external water leak but none was visible so i lifted floor boards to see if it was leaking but found no leaks anywhere then the pressure went crazy high n low so contacted service engineer they came and fitted a expansion chamber which cured the problem then i had rumbleing noise from boiler hen using hot water from sink tap on full so have since had new heat exchanger this then solved the problem today lets hope nothing else goes wrong yours john lenthall from taunton
