Hi I have just seen this review and think its rubish I have an RSF820/20 which is 22 years old over the years I have had a few problems they have been great and when the gas board suggested changing the boiler ravenheat said if its not broken to stay with it. I don't have an opinion on the product as it does what it is meant to but I take exception to a review written by somebody saying they are not helpful (read more)
