We had a Keston Q28s boiler installed about 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. We have had loads of different people come to try and fix it and had the majority of the internal parts replaced at one point or another. It constantly breaks down with a range of error messages and costs a fortune to service and repair. This has got to be the worst boiler I've ever had, and Keston's "customer service" is without a doubt the worst I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The Q28S was installed in my house when it was built, I'm the second owner of the house, and only been there 2 months, in that time, I've had constant problems with both the boiler and the Keston supplied heat pump. I have had this boiler for three years now damn thing has required servicing and parts on a regular basis , fed up with the error codes E67 and E24 , fed up with having to go up into the loft to keep putting water into the system so the stupid thing will work , I now know what the Q and the S stand for _uite _hit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont bother with this boiler unless you like being cold and broke choose something else I am going to. And if anyone from Keston bothers to read these... (read more)
