Boiler installed in March 2010, and today the heat exchanger body is leaking, We now need to fit a new boiler, BUT it won't be an manufactured by Ideal. Very,Very Disappointed, Absolute rubbish.

We had a ISAR HE30 by ideal installed in 2006. so far 2012 no problems at all. Serviced annually by British Gas We use the boiler to run the mixer shower and also supplies good power to the shower, 3 Baths a week, we cook on a 5 ring gas range cooker etc... only £50 per month gas bill so we think a great boiler!
