We had a ideal logic combi plus fitted 2years ago, it has been a constant problem, we have worn then re set button out, even though we have 5 year warranty cover, we have used british gas contract to inspect boiler a few times, we have called ideal again today after re setting the boiler every morning for the last week, it always comes up ign lock out or flame loss a sensor the same one has been replaced 3 times. somebody needs to look at this problem and resolve it. When five year warranty is up it will be coming out and a different make boiler going in. I think we have bought a fiat and should have bought a honda.

i have had an ideal boiler fitted on the warm front. and it has not worked correctly since it was fitted in june 2011 i have been left with the overflow pipe in a bucket and the boiler not working again my wife and i are both disabled
