We contacted Help-Link following delivery of a flier. We found them very professional and helpful and arranged to see their representative. The member of staff who came to see us was courteous and answered all our questions. As our boiler had been installed for many years we decided to renew it and to have the pipes etc. cleaned out. Help=Link carried out the installation and the maintenance work on the pipes and we could not be happier with the results. All of the radiators now work well and the boiler has given us no trouble at all. We took out the maintenance contract and have an annual service which keeps everything in order. A fab company with good engineers and support staff. Would fully recommend it.
