Saw the adverts and thought I'd go for a major company to replace my boiler.

Seamless site visit. Individual who came to my house was great. Listened to my needs and demands and created a tailor fitted package.

Have them an install date about a month after the site visit

Less than 24 hours before the install, and me taking 3 days holiday given this was the expected time to complete the work, I was told the engineer was unavailable.

Called them up. Apologies. But no acknowledgement they had screwed me around. Asked if I would be compensated. The answer was no. Great. They cost me money. Not their problem.

I seriously wouldn't bother.
