I've bought this boiler for a property investment refit. The boiler has now been fitted along with the bathroom with mixer shower. I have tested it and it seems to be very good. with a winter and summer mode, you can also control how hot it heats the rads and tap water along with an economy mode.

I have invested in the extended warranty as i may rent the property but on our next house we will definitely be back to buy another one.

How much do you set your radiators at to get them warm? Mine's 50c, which seems high?
