They advertise a 5 year Warranty. WORTHLESS!! They don't tell you that even though you send in the Warranty Registration card with the boiler purchase barcode attached to it but lose your boiler manual with the service records in the back your repairs won't be carried out under warranty. Your warranty is void without it!!
Had a small plastic pipe burst 2 weeks ago on my 22 month old Optimax HE Plus 31C boiler, water came through the hall ceiling and destroyed everything in the cupboard where the boiler is fitted. The chap who fit my boiler and carries out the service was away on holiday but contacted Ferroli to come out and sort it for me. They arrived but as I couldn't find my manual, would not do the repairs through warranty. I telephoned Ferroli Customer Service, who advised that this was in fact Company Policy. I asked what would have been the case had my manual been in the boiler cupboard and got soaked along with everything else, to the point where I had the manual but it was unreadable due to the water damage. They said the same would apply - my warranty would be worthless.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NEVER BUY FERROLI AGAIN
