I've had this boiler for 3 years now and the only problem I've had with it was a month after it was installed when the diverter valve failed. Called Ferroli and they had an engineer there the following day. The engineer was a Ferroli engineer, not Homeserve, and attempted a repair. The repair worked for a few days then the valve failed again, the engineer said it might and that if it did happen he would replace the valve. Called Ferroli and next day the engineer replaced the valve and the boiler has given excellent service ever since.
The customer service was very good and the engineer never once tried to say there was anything wrong with the installation and never mentioned any form of payment. I would definitely recommend Ferroli boilers.

You must work at ferroli. The boiler is rubbish. And the after care is even worse. £150 over the phone and 50 every half hour the engineers are here! We have already spent £900 on fixing it abducted now they want more! It's only been in 2 years.
