“worst boiler on market”

I have been a gas engineer for 20 years and I will not touch Ferroli boilers, just look at them and they leak. Total inferior build quality. CHEAP AND NASTY. The 5 year warranty is not worth the paper its written on as Ferroli do all in their power to avoid sending out an Engineer(incidently Homeserve).
If they do send an Engineer be prepared to wait up to 2weeks, then they will try to charge you as the Engineers have been guided to charge as installation faults.
