“waste of money”

Since I had this boiler from new(about 4 years I have had nothing but problems. Continuous leaks and problems with the sensors.My 5 year gaurantee was revoked when the engineer never came back to do the service despite the fact that I continuously phoned him.Also Ferroli customer service were not interested and finding someone who knew what they were taslking about was a nightmare-beware!

You will need the 5 year warranty, but you could buy a new boiler for what Ferroli charge to have an annual sevice!

Since having this boiler installed I've had nothing but problems, sensor faults, leaks, pressure issues the list goes on....

For those who know about cars it's the Fiat of the boiler world, looks good but guaranteed to break down.

And the warranty is worthless unless you pay a fortune for an annual service. Do yourself a favour and buy a different make!
