We bought our boiler in August 2011 but because of the warm weather did not use the central heating until October 2011. Since then the boiler has three times flooded the kitchen and we have had to call out the service engineer on two other occaisions to replace a faulty valve which shut the system down. Ferroli's response is very poor and you have to wait 24hours minimum before the engineer arrives. One tip when phoning Ferroli is not to press any of the options on your phone keypad but to wait until a human being answers. I feel very sorry for the staff of Ferroli who have to deal with the public but at least with Ferroli's failure rate they will never be out of a job. We have had enough and are saving up for a Worcester which we will buy just as soon as the Ferroli warranty runs out ( if not before)

have fitted several of these and wished I hadn't , one I took out just over one year and replaced it
out of good will to customer, and I have priced to replace another for some one else this week
manufacture is quick to run from warranty .
