ive had a ferroli boiler for less than 12months and had t have it repaired 3 times,twice for the same fault.i would also like t complain about the customer sevice telephone line, it took me 40 mins to get things sorted and repaired after 8 days.also they took money out of my wifes account without knowin if it was the boiler at fault or not which is totally unacceptable.
