“Very Poor Customer Care”

We inherited our HE31C when we bought our new house. Its the newest boiler we've ever owned - and undoubtedly the poorest! The worst thing though, is that having experienced a breakdown, Ferroli's after sales service is so dreadful. We've always had service contracts for some very old boilers previously and have never ever experienced as many problems and frustrations as we do with Ferroli. Definitely a company to avoid! Ours is going this year - 3 years has been enough.

Snap! mine has just managed 3 years and I can't stand it any more - I thought I was cursed until I read the reports at review centre!
