Wish I had known!!

Installed a Ferroli Optima 25C 5 years ago on recommendation of the gas installer who said 'it's not the best but not the worst it's goo value for money' Like hell it is!! I should have seen the signs of trouble when I had two call out's in the first six months, boiler failures! Without writing chapter and verse in the five years I have had this pile of cr*p in my house I have never had period of time that it has dropped from my bank balances radar.

I am, at this moment without hot water and heating for the umpteenth time and have an engineer coming round to give me a price for a replacement.

Do not buy Ferroli!!
